Minor repairs to a few areas of the alley/streets will begin and be completed on Wednesday, February 12th, estimated to be between 7am-3pm. Please see attached image for affected areas marked with RED CIRCLE.

- Alleyways will have limited to no access at all for cars during this time.
- Please have cars out of garages and parked elsewhere, if necessary, PRIOR to 7am.
- No parking violations will take place during this timeframe.
- Make plans ahead for any unexpected need for garage access.
- Repair is in the middle of the street and no heavy-duty machinery is involved.
Clubhouse/Recreation Center parking spots (not the street) in front of the pool/rec area.
- ALL cars in these parking spots will need to be moved before 7am – OR THEY WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER”S EXPENSE.
