Hardscaping has been completed & most if not all of construction here at Carson Landing has come to an end.
Also, the remaining 11 of 12 homes (at the corner of Victoria Street and Central Avenue), will close this week (December 11th/12th), if everything goes as scheduled.
As a result, the Exit Gate on Victoria Street will now be closed at all times unless it’s being used to exit by residents.
Remember, the Victoria Street Gate is an Exit Gate only, so resident’s that try to enter through that gate from the outside (while it’s closed), will do so unsuccessfully.
If anyone sees something to the contrary (gate being open for long periods during the day, at night or during the weekend), let me know so that I can contact the appropriate people to have it fixed.
