September 18, 2024: The following is an update from an update I made earlier today…
Phase 1 work will need to be completed tomorrow. It was thought that perhaps Brandywine’s contractor wouldn’t need Thursday to complete the work, but that was a big maybe.
So tomorrow, same time, 7am to 7pm, there will be no access. If the contractor finishes earlier tomorrow, I’ll try to update to let you know if waiting until 7pm is necessary.
A similar announcement may go out via eMail blast or DwellingLive (the system apparently wasn’t working properly earlier today).
